HE-TRACE Copying Lathes are more precisely developed to bridge the
gap between Conventional Lathe Machines and CNC Turning Machine. Our
Copying Lathes are designed keeping in mind the latest modular
concept Head Stock, Bed and Tailstock can easily be removed from
main Structure and the alignment is not disturbed while
reassembling. Higher Spindle Speed ( maximum up to 3000 RPM ).
Variable lengitludinal feed is hydraulically controlled with fast
return. The machine is highly productive one built in finish cut
system and optional provision for multipass cycle with automatic
cycle. Protecting guard for slant bed and tailstock, stress relieved
and heat treated slide ways are made from S.G. Iron grade 70/2
material which maintains basic accuracy of the machine up to 0.2 mm
work piece to work piece.
 The overall Technology and strike quality control system applied to
production process ensure that our components confirm to stable
